Well, with the performances last night on American Idol, I'm more certain to see Phil and Chris going. Blake was AMAZING, performing an awesome version of a classic Bon Jovi song! Jon Bon Jovi was excited definitely to see the performance, though he admitted that it might be Blake's end. NO WAY! It was so entertaining, so well done!

Poor Billy Ray, he wants so bad to leave the competition on Dancing With the Stars Monday night. The look of disappointment on his face when he found out he wasn't leaving was priceless. I heard that Edyta will nto be returning next season, which is too bad. I enjoy her dancing style. But she and her partner/fiance, Alec Mazo, have other offers that probably will be more fulfilling to her as a dancer.

Well, I was right on the money predicting Phil and Chris leaving American Idol. Phil's eyes sometimes were a bit scary to me! They're good, but not good enough, and they knew this.

My granddaughter was born! A few weeks early, but she's doing well. Aubrey Jean is her name, and she weigned in at four pounds, twelve ounces (4lb 12oz)! I'm waiting for photos so I can make a little photo album with them.

Is it just me or the judges rather hard on Ian and Cheryl last night on Dancing With the Stars? I thought their dances were good, though not as good as Joey and Kym. BillyRay finally got his leave, and sad to say, the only 8 he got was his last (and 8th) week. I'll definitely miss Billy Ray; he sure is a down-to-earth guy, one with a great sense of humor. He sure has come a long way since his "achy breaky heart" days. I must confess!!! I am hooked to Hannah Montana. BillyRay's daughter Miley is cute and the show is hilarious.

Joey in the Bottom two??! How wrong is THAT?!

Last night on Dancing With the Stars, Apolo was definitely -the- best; Julianne does a jam-up job of choreography. Apolo and Julianne should win — and I'm saying "should win" — because you never can tell with the popularity thing.

Joey didn't do as well this week; I didn't see that much passion in his dancing or if he tried to have passion, I didn't believe it. He could be a fabulous Broadway performer. Laila, too, was at her worse as well, however, I did enjoy watching her rip off Makim's shirt during their own freestyle routine! Mak's pecs are definitely an enjoyment. Laila has more fun in her than has been shown in her previous dances. I think she and Maksim played mostly by the rules, but got stung a few times that they deviated. Frankly, I agree with the judges. Her more serious routines were beautiful.. Her fun routine was less than impressive; I would have dropped that whole wannabe-Michael Jackson routine.

YAY! Apolo and Julianne are the winners of Dancing With the Stars! I'm happy for them and (ah-hem) glad I chose correctly! Again! Last year, I fully expected Emmitt and Cheryl to win because, Emmitt was just so charming and entertaining to watch, as opposed to the smug attitudes of Mario and Karina.

Last night was the American Idol finale! It was down to Jordin and Blake; I think it was anyone's game really, but I'm glad that Jordin won the title.

The question now is — was this the last year we saw Simon?

I hope not. I truly like him, and he's so dead on in his judgments. People love to hate him. I think most people don't want to understand that this IS his job, that he is a very successful record producer, and he knows what sells and what doesn't. I suppose the surprise this year for him was the booting of Melinda. But even still, Melinda will have a great career without it. Look at Daughtry!
